Morris Water Stop at M74 Bike 'n' Hike event

Heralding the completion of the new 8km section of the M74 between Fullarton Road and the M8 to the west of Kingston Bridge in Glasgow, The Bike 'n' Hike event provided the general public with the opportunity to walk, cycle or run on the new stretch of motorway prior to opening in June. The one day event was a great success with thousands of grateful participants enjoying a wee drink (just water!) on the motorway across from Southcroft. Volunteers handed out water bottles donated by Irn Bru to the public at the Morris water station located next to the Morris Offices.

Charities benefitting from the event included Spinal Injuries Scotland, The Lighthouse Club, Macmillan Cancer Support, British Heart Foundation Scotland, Yorkhill Childrens Foundation, Scottish Association for Mental Health and The Hospices of Scotland.

Morris group relocate to larger premises

In October the we relocated to 89 Southcroft Road in Glasgow. The showroom was redesigned with an aim to provides a fresh, vibrant and relaxed atmospher in which customers can view the current ranges at ther leisure.

At the show, Kevin Barfoot (Zone National Sales Manger) received the top accolade of the AIS Gold Award for service and quality for 2010/2011.
