Customer Service Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to work within our busy Domestic Furniture Division. The ideal Candidate will have good professional manner and will be required to work as part of a team to support our U.K customer base via telephone, mail, fax & email.

The main duties of this role are to process customer after sales enquires and to provide our customer's with order tracking, delivery information, stock availability and information on product specification. Product training will be provided.
