The ideal Candidate will have good professional manner and will be required to work as part of a team to support our U.K customer base via telephone, mail, fax & email.
The main duties of this role are to process customer after sales enquires and to provide our customer's with order tracking, delivery information, stock availability and information on product specification. Product training will be provided.
Applicants will be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner. You will be able to work well under pressure, be flexible and a good team player. Ideally you will come from a similar background, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

The role involves dealing with and taking ownership of customer queries over the telephone on product and pricing, progressing orders, addressing customer needs and actioning appropriately. You will be responsible for coding and checking sales orders, supporting the sales staff including preparation of quotes, checking delivery details and liaison with fitting teams and for ensuring associated administration is complete.
To be successful you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and a good level of IT skills. Customer Services experience as well as having worked as part of a team are essential.
